No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  On February 11, 2022, employees performing carpentry work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21.3 feet.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.602(d) NOTE: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.178(l) of this chapter.  29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6):  The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l), with certification records that includes the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation:  a) On or about February 11, 2022, the employer did not certify that each forklift operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph (l) with certification records.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
