29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 2200 Thomas Drive, BLDG# 2, Panama City Beach, FL - (Fourth Floor); On, or about February 08, 2022 the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on the fourth level of an apartment building balcony that had an unprotected edge exposing employees to a 32 foot and 3/8 inch fall to the next level (ground surface level).
