29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):29 CFR 1926.20 (b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. On or about February 8, 2022, frequent and regular inspections were not conducted where framing activities were performed by workers without fall protection, hard hats, and eye protection, exposing employees to hazards such as but not limited to falls and being struck by falling or flying objects.
