The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Site: 124 Columbia Heights in Brooklyn, NY. a) On or about 2/11/2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards while measuring portions of the parapet wall and were not trained to recognize and minimize the hazards they were being exposed to.

Site: 124 Columbia Heights in Brooklyn, NY. a) On or about 2/11/2022, employees were exposed to falling approximately 60 feet while measuring portions of the parapet wall. The employees were not protected from falling by means of fall protection.
