29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  a-222 E Crescent Ave, Mahwah NJ 07430 : Employees engaged in sheathing activities were exposed to fire hazards from gasoline fueled Twin Tank Rolair compressor onsite.  CSHO observed a 5 gallon gas container within proximity of the compressor. The employer did not ensure that employees had available firefighting equipment at the jobsite.  "Condition observed" or about 02/12/2022.
