29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: On or about February 10, 2022, and at time prior thereto, inside of the facility working area, the exit rout door was locked, and employees were unable to escape in case of emergency. Employees were exposed to fire and inhalation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not update their written hazard communication program required by paragraph (h)(1) by June 1, 2016 to reflect changes in labeling and safety data sheets: On or about February 10, 2022, and at time prior thereto, employees were involved in working with and around hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to fuel, paints and paints components, hydraulic, transmission oil, break fluids, lubricants and degreasers. The employer had not updated hazard communication program required, to include the Safety Data Sheets per Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and provide additional employee training on those Safety Data Sheets of those hazardous materials.
