29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not update their written hazard communication program required by paragraph (h)(1) by June 1, 2016 to reflect changes in labeling and safety data sheets: On or about February 10, 2022, and at time prior thereto, employees were involved in working with and around hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to ready mix concrete components and other silica containing materials. The employer had not updated hazard communication program required, to include the Safety Data Sheets per Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and provide additional employee training on those Safety Data Sheets of those hazardous materials.
