29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located on Lot #174 at 606 Skye Court, Peachtree City, GA 30269, Second floor top plate: On or about 02/07/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 22-feet, 8-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities using the top plate as walking/working surface.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) New residential construction located on Lot #174 at 606 Skye Court, Peachtree City, GA 30269, Stairwell/Foyer between first and second levels: On or about 02/07/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10-feet, 4-inches to the lower concrete surface, in that a safe means of access to the upper level was not provided as employees used 2x4 cleats nailed to the structure to climb to the upper level.
