29 CFR  1910.213(i)(1): Non-working portion(s) of the blade of bandsaw(s) were not enclosed or guarded:  (a) At the worksite located at 5500 Providence Hill Drive, St Joseph, Missouri 64053, employees were exposed to amputation hazards from the unguarded point of operation and moving saw blade from the jet press drill. Employees are required to use the drill several times a week to fix any deficiencies in the parts.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the consideration of electrical insulation:   At the worksite located at 5500 Providence Hill Drive, St Joseph, Missouri 64053, Employees were exposed to shock and burn hazards. Forklift battery charging cables on the Toyota-powered industrial truck Serial Number: 6BWS20-10241 were found to have damaged electrical insulation, next to the emergency disconnect.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  At the worksite located at 5500 Providence Hill Drive, St Joseph, Missouri 64053, employees were exposed to shock and burn hazards, the electrical cord on the foot pedal at the Two Screw Turn Table, did not have a strain relief that would prevent the cord from being pulled and electricity being transmitted to joints or terminal screws.
