29 CFR  1926.1053(a)(1)(ii): Portable ladders that were not self-supporting, without failure, at least four times the maximum intended load:     a)  At Lot B2 Redfish Harbor, Pensacola, Florida:  On February 10, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to use a job made ladder to gain access to the second level of the house and the employer failed to ensure blocks were installed between each of the ladder rungs exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 8 inch to the ground below.
