29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1):The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of an employee as a result of a work-related incident within twenty-four (24) hours, by telephone or in person, to the Commissioner or the Commissioner's authorized representative, the in-patient hospitalization: (a) On or about September 27, 2021, at the establishment located at Lake Nona, Orlando, FL employee was exposed to fall hazards when working on unsecured baker scaffold employee fell 6 feet to the ground. The employer did not report the hospitalization of an employee that was injured in the workplace that occurred on September 27, 2021 at approximate 10:00 am.
