An employee's exposure to any substance in Table Z-1, the exposure limit of which is not preceded by a "C", shall not exceed the 8-hour Time Weighted Average given for that substance any 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week.  On or about 2/12/2022, at 1601 West Flagler Street, Miami Beach, FL 33135, employees were exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 121.2 ppm of carbon monoxide when working inside the facility after a contractor performed floor cleaning services using a propane-powered buffing machine without adequate ventilation.
