On or about February 7, 2022, at the Access Equipment Telehandler Division maintenance shop located at 750 Eastline Road in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, an employee who was performing maintenance work on a Skyjack SJ843 Telehandler was standing on the top surface of the engine 52.5 inches above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment.
