1926.502(d)(15)(i) as part of a complete personal fall arrest system which maintains a safety factor of at least two; and 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Main Deck Entrance: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15ft while straightening a piece of #5 rebar on a one-story flat roof deck with a parapet of ~8 inches height, and not provided with any means of fall protection, on or about February 9, 2022.
