29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: a) At 19056 Chipola Drive, Lot 1079 Grove Parc, Robertsdale, Alabama: On February 15, 2022, the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing roof decking activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards. The Milton Marin dba Milton Marin was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(A)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453021, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 5, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 9299 Swan Point Rd., Lot 149 Blackstone Lakes, Daphne, Alabama.

The Milton Marin dba Milton Marin was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453021, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 5, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 9299 Swan Point Rd., Lot 149 Blackstone Lakes, Daphne, Alabama.
