29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (a) At the workplace located at 1310 Hovis St, Mountain Grove, Missouri, an employee was exposed to respiratory hazards associated with COVID-19. The employee was noted having facial hair when wearing a tight fitting N-95 respirator, which came between the sealing surface on the face.
