29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: Location - Boiler room 2765 Matthews Ave, Bronx, NY On or about February 15, 2022 an electrical cord used to power a Makita circular saw was not protected. The cord passed through a small opening with jagged concrete edges to the adjacent room.
