29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: Jobsite - On or about February 16, 2022, a safety and health program with policy, hazard assessment, and work site rules was not developed and/or implemented at this jobsite where there were slip, trip & fall hazards from steel building components laid out on the ground and bent over re-bar in doorway sections of the foundation. Additionally, there were potential impalement hazards from exposed bolting rod in various locations around the foundation.

29 CFR 1926.752(b): The steel erection contractor began steel erection work without written notification that the concrete in the footings, piers and wall, or the mortar in the masonry piers and walls has attained, on the basis of an appropriate ASTM standard test method of field-cured samples, either 75 percent of the intended minimum compressive design strength or sufficient strength to support the loads imposed during steel erection. Jobsite - On or about February 16, 2022, the steel erection contractor began erecting the 75 X 155 foot system-engineered steel building without obtaining written notification that the concrete had obtained 75 percent of the intended minimum compressive strength or sufficient strength to support the loads during steel erection.
