OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 11 feet. Worksite located at 1525 State Road F, Waynesville, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the top of a metal roof and were not protected from falling by the use of fall protection.
