29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  A) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 02, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees offloading lumber from the wall panel saw were exposed to moving objects causing caught between hazards in that no guarding was provided on underside of the PUSH BAR CONVEYOR TRANSPORTS on the machines conveyor, which caught an employees finger between the TRANSPORTS and the table.   B) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 17, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees offloading lumber were exposed to the back of the moving saw blade on the outfeed side of the machine.

29 CFR  1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed  A) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 17, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees were exposed to in running nip points in that chains and sprocket wheels 1 foot off the ground located on the conveyor belt at the bottom of the wall panel saw were not guarded.   B) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 17, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees were exposed to in running nip points in that chains and sprocket wheels on the left side of the wood recovery table on the wall panel saw located 3 feet above the ground was not fully guarded.  Employees work within 1 foot of this open chain and sprocket.   C) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 17, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees were exposed to in running nip points in that chains and sprocket wheels on the right side of the wood recovery table on the wall panel saw located 3 feet above the ground was not fully guarded.  Employees work within 1 foot of this open chain and sprocket.   D) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 17, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees were exposed to in running nip points in that chains and sprocket wheels on the right side of the wood recovery table was not fully guarded. Employees were able to reach past the red guarding and access the moving chains and sprockets.   E) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 17, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees were exposed to in running nip points in that chains and sprocket wheels next to the saw blades powered by the shafts were not guarded.

B) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 17, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees were exposed to in running nip points in that horizontal red shafting on the wall panel saw on the left side 3 feet above the ground was not fully protected by stationary casing, due to the casing rotating with the shaft.   C) Montgomery Truss & Panel, Inc. on or about February 17, 2022 at the address of 7 East gate Industrial Park Drive, Grove City, PA: Employees were exposed to in running nip points in that horizontal red shafting on the wall panel saw on the Right side 3 feet above the ground was not fully protected by stationary casing, due to the casing rotating with the shaft.
