29 CFR  1910.94(c)(3)(i)(a):Lights, motors, electrical equipment, and other sources of ignition shall conform to the requirements of �� 1910.107(b)(10) and (c).  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.  Employee engaged in painting activities at in the paint booth were exposed to fire hazards in that lighting elements were not effectively isolated from the spraying area. The paintbooth used fluorescent light bulbs.
