29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about February 21, 2022, southside of building, two employees utilized an aerial lift without adequate fall protection while checking the electrical connection on a sign at distances greater than 6 ft. above the ground.
