29 CFR 1910.134(a)(1):  In the control of those occupational diseases caused by breathing air contaminated with harmful dusts, fogs, fumes, mists, gases, smokes, sprays, or vapors, the primary objective shall be to prevent atmospheric contamination. This shall be accomplished as far as feasible by accepted engineering control measures (for example, enclosure or confinement of the operation, general and local ventilation, and substitution of less toxic materials). When effective engineering controls are not feasible, or while they are being instituted, appropriate respirators shall be used pursuant to this section.  a) Allied Universal located at 2266 South 6th Street, Coshocton, OH 43812:  On or about January 14, 2022, Allied Universal did not continue to implement or enforce their COVID-19 prevention policy which included requiring wearing face coverings while working in close proximity in the guardhouse during third shift leading to exposures among employees during a period of high SARS-CoV-2 transmission. From January 20, 2022, through February 3, 2022, a total of four (4) employees tested COVID-19 positive resulting in one (1) employee death.
