29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Location: 8 Kingsbridge Rd., Fairfield, NJ - Ground level a) Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while performing masonry operations on the ground level near employees working above on tubular scaffolds with concrete blocks and carpentry activities being conducted overhead with lumber, portable tools, and other materials. Employees were observed not wearing head protection on or about 2/23/22.
