29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: Location: 8 Kingsbridge Rd., Fairfield, NJ a) The employer did not ensure all scaffold working levels were fully planked. Sub-contractor were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet while performing mortar pouring and bricklaying operations from a welded tubular frame scaffold platform that was not fully planked, on or about 4/23/22.
