29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 3997 Whitetail Lane, LOT: 28 L Pensacola, FL 32526 : On February 24, 2022 and times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to fall hazards by allowing employees to install roofing felt on the roof of a new residential building under construction without fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards of 9 feet, 3 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.50(c):A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid:  a) 3997 Whitetail Lane, Lot: 28L Pensacola, FL 32526: On February 24, 2022, and times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to construction hazards without ensuring prompt first aid treatment was available at the construction site. The employer did not have a certified employee in first aid training who could render first aid and had no first aid kit at the site.
