29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Kitchen area; On or about February 25 2022 and times prior, the employer used flexible cords and as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. A flexible cord was used to provide power to the "pass-through" refrigerator used to keep prepared dough chilled.
