29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a.   In the bakery kitchen, in Suite A-5, at 1355 Market Street, in Tallahassee Florida.  On or about February 17, 2022, and at times prior:  Six bakery employees were exposed to amputation hazards from the Hobart Model H-600 vertical mixer in that no guard was installed over the spindle and bowl.  b.   In the bakery kitchen, in Suite A-5, at 1355 Market Street, in Tallahassee Florida.  On or about February 17, 2022, and at times prior:  Six bakery employees were exposed to amputation hazards from the Hobart Model H-802 vertical mixer in that no guard was installed over the spindle and bowl.
