The employer failed to ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provides at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.  b)Riverside Repair dba Riverside Auto & Truck Repair, Laurel, MT: On or about March 1, 2022, and at time prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with chemicals such as but not limited to Diethylene glycol, Ethanediol, and Sodium benzoate antifreeze (Dilute 55X1, Shell Zone 50/50). The employer failed to maintain Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous chemicals used at the worksite.   c)Riverside Repair dba Riverside Auto & Truck Repair, Laurel, MT: On or about March 1, 2022, and at time prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with chemicals such as but not limited to Diethylene glycol, Ethanediol, and Sodium benzoate antifreeze (Dilute 55X1, Shell Zone 50/50).
