On the roof of a building located at 1871 Wells Road, in Orange Park, Florida: On or about March 1, 2022, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards caused by air-born debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employee, while using a hand-held blower pneumatic-type nail guns during roofing operations.
