29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  Location: 273-283 East Kinney Street and 202-212 Oliver Street, Newark, NJ   Employees and sub-contractor employees engaged in residential construction activities were not protected from falls:     a.) On February 25, 2022, an employee was observed installing waterproofing on a window approximately 30 feet from the lower level without any means of fall protection.    b.) On March 1, 2022. An employee was observed pulling lumber from an unprotected edge from a lower level at the height of approximately 10 feet without any means of fall protection.    c.) On March 1, 2022, GC was observed exposing sub constrictors to fall hazards approximately 20 feet from the lower level from an unprotected edge without any means of fall protection.    d.) On March 4, 2022, an employee was observed installing waterproofing on a window at the height of approximately 40 feet from the lower level without any means of fall protection.
