29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a.) Hanes brand Direct, Inc; back stock room - On or about 3/1/22, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the 240 volt electrical panel box #1 was used for storage. Items being stored in the area included, but were not limited to, a refrigerator. b.) Hanes brand Direct, Inc.; back stock room - On or about 3/1/22, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the 480 volt electrical panel box #2 was used for storage. Items being stored in the area included, but were not limited to, a trash bin and cardboard. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
