1926.503(a)(2) The employer shall assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in the following areas: (a) On or about February 25, 2022, employees installing and testing refrigeration systems on the roof of a one story building were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet.
