29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Dunkin Donuts at 349 N. Dupont Boulevard, Smyrna, DE: On or about 2/28/2022, the employer failed to ensure employees were attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. A subcontractor's employee also used an aerial lift to access the front of the building and unload materials to those employees working from the roof approximately 17 feet above concrete grade.
