On or about February 8, 2022, at this work place, employees conducting framing operations from scaffolding more than 10 feet above a lower level and employees working below the scaffolds were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects.     a) Scaffolding #1 located at the southside of the structure under construction.  b) Scaffolding #2 located at the eastside of the structure under construction.

29 CFR  1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below.     On or about February 8, 2022, at this work place, employees conducted framing operations from scaffolding more than 10 feet above a lower level  and toeboards were not erected along the edge of the platform.    a) Scaffolding #1 located at the southside of the structure under construction.  b) Scaffolding#2 located at the eastside of the structure under construction.
