At least two employees, that were required to wear respirators, had not had initial fit tests when a different respirator was used and one employee had not had an annual fit test.  Employees were required to wear N95 filtering-facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care, such care as feeding, washing, dressing, and other personal care, to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 positive residents.  East Longmeadow Management Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1487375, citation number 1  item number 1d and  was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 305A Maple Street, East Longmeadow, MA 01028.
