Changed from 29 CFR  1910.307(c):Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:  a) Vacuum Pump Room: The Dayton electrical motor for the wall exhaust fan had heavy accumulation of plastic dust on its case which interfered with the cooling of the motor, on or about March 2, 2022.  b) Plastic Re-Grind Area: The Baldor electrical motor for the blower fan of the re-grinder had heavy accumulation of plastic dust on its case box which interfered with the cooling of the motor, on or about March 2, 2022.
