29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a. At a jobsite located at 492 Grand Landing Parkway, Bunnell, FL: On or about March 2, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from six to ten foot, in that employees used a job made wooden crawling board, instead of a stairway or ladder, to climb to and from the ground and the roof of a structure, while preforming framing operations.
