29 CFR 1910.36(b)(2): More than two exit routes were not available in the workplace where the number of employees, the size of the building, its occupancy, or the arrangement of the workplace was such that all employees would not be able to evacuate safely during an emergency: Production Area, Rear Wall near Machine H5: On, or about, May 12, 2022, an exterior door provided along the back wall was not available to be used as an exit door. It was not able to be opened, it did not lead to a public way and it was not marked. The configuration of the building and existing exit doors would require that an exit be located at that location to prevent a "dead end" from being created along the side wall of the building in accordance with the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association Standard 101 Life Safety Code, 2009 edition, which is incorporated by reference.
