29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. a) Worksite, 345 Dune Road Westhampton Beach, NY - An employee was framing the doorway of an unprotected residential elevator shaft, and was exposed to falling approximately 10ft to the floor below; on or about 3/1/2022 Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
