29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: At a commercial property located at 1923 N Woodbine Rd, St Joseph MO -- Employees were using a Bobcat T595 with fork attachment and pallet to raise employee up to cut the overhang and pillars from the building. This exposed employees to fall hazard of 12 plus feet to ground. This was documented on or about 03/03/2022.
