Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: On or about March 02, 2022, at 722 Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, CT; exit door located on the west wall of warehouse: The employer did not keep exit route unblocked and free of merchandise. Exit routes were obstructed by the storage of a plastic bucket and boxes of new merchandise on either side of the emergency egress route.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about March 02, 2022 at 722 Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, CT; Electrical panels located on the east wall of the warehouse: Employer did not allow a clear working space clearances for electrical panels. The access to the electric breaker box panels were not provided. The working space for electric breaker box panels must be kept clear at all times for operation and for maintenance personnel. There were three (3) instances of electrical panels blocked as follow: Picture DSCN 2087 shows blocked electrical panels located on the east wall of the warehouse. Picture DSCN 2089 shows blocked electrical panels, about 50 feet south DSCN2087, blocked by a shelves structure. Picture DSCN 2094-2096 shows the west wall of the closed storage building (cinder blocked structure) with a High Voltage - Danger sign on the door.
