29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(iii):To facilitate cleaning, every floor, working place, and passageway were not kept free from protruding nails, splinters, loose boards, and unnecessary holes and openings. On or about March 4, 2022, two employees were required to walk on the floor throughout the restaurant where boards were loose and raised, exposing employees to a trip hazard.
