Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

The employee, given medical treatment including intravenous (IV) liquid delivery at the hospital, was not recorded on the OSHA 300 log. b) Giovanni Foods Company, Inc., 8800 Sixty Road, Baldwinsville, NY - On or about 2/28/2022, A warehouse employee was evacuated by ambulance to the hospital after a chemical release.
