29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap did not occur only over supports: (a) 6398 Woodland Station Drive, Lula Georgia; On or about March 2, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet when the employer did not ensure that the pump jack scaffold in use had overlapping platforms placed on supporting members of the scaffold.
