29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. (a) Tire mounting & balancing room - On or about March 4, 2022, an electrical receptacle had the face of the receptacle broken away with the internal metal sockets accessible, exposing employees to electrical shock injuries. (b) Main hallway, beside doorway into the alignment bay - On or about March 4, 2022, an electrical switch to the right of the door had been broken off, leaving a hole where the internal parts of the switch were visible. Electrical injuries could occur through inadvertent employee contact with electrical current through the hole left in the switch.

Main hallway, Doorway into the alignment bay - On or about March 4, 2022, a double switch to the right of the door and an electrical receptacle to the left of the door did not have faceplates installed, exposing employees to electrical shock from contact with conductors.
