29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: Employees were exposed to inhalation hazards. In Building B, employee's engaged in food production activities were exposed to inhalation of airborne food particulate hazards. The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to wear N95 respirators were clean shaven thus preventing the respirator from adequately sealing.
