29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite located at 1201 West Girard Avenue, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in framing activities on a residential building, approximately 10 and 30 feet above the ground level were protected from fall hazards. Condition observed on or about March 7, 2022. JVL Company Corp./ JVL Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1295557, citation number 2, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on July 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
