29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a- East Side of Worksite, 133 Route 70 East, Evesham NJ:  A company worker was exposed to fall hazards when working from the elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift while improperly wearing a full body harness that was  not connected to a designated anchor point with a lanyard.  Condition observed on or about 03/08/22.
