This condition exposed employees to kickback hazards. (b) Cab-Con Enterprises, Inc.: On or before 3/8/22 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the Martin sliding tablesaw was not equipped with a spreader. This condition exposed employees to kickback hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) Cab-Con Enterprises, Inc.: On or before 3/8/22 the employer did not ensure that subpanels A and B had at least 30 inches of clearance in that items were stored within 30 inches of the panels. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
